Cancellation Policy

Reschedule & Cancellation Policy Customers may reschedule or cancel a class up to 48 hours before the class start time. If you booked the class using a Class Pass, rescheduling or cancellation made more than 48 hours in advance is free; If you booked the class with a single-class payment, cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are subject to a 10% transaction fee charged by the third-party payment processor. Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 48 hours of the class start time are not eligible for refunds or credits. Class Pass Policy Class Passes are not eligible for refunds, transfers, or exchanges. All Class Passes expire in 3 months from the date of purchase. CoffeeDance Studio reserves the right of final interpretation of all policies.
